Hey B.I.G. Fam it's JLeAnn, the CEO aka visionary of Bodied In Greatness. Prior to launching B.I.G., I have been journeying with God the last seven years in health. Along the way I have learned a few things, one of the greatest being true health is a matter of life NOT size. Yes I know sounds crazy right coming from someone who by the grace of God has released 200 pounds naturally, and has a lifelong journey of health to go. This is why I share with you. I have been assigned to address health with a spirit-soul-body approach. Enough about me, I won't bore you with anymore of credentials (though I have them).
